The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Creative Designer who can bring together UI/UX design and social media storytelling to create a consistent brand experience across all our client and in-house platforms.

You will be reporting to the Operations Director.
​
This is a hybrid role, part website UI UX designer, part social media storyteller, where you’ll design websites, campaign visuals, and digital assets for multiple brands.
​
You’ll work closely with our project managers and marketing team to deliver design that’s functional, fast, and unforgettable.
What You’ll Bring
âžœ 2–4 years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or brand design.
➜ A portfolio that shows your ability to design for both websites and social media.

What You’ll Be Doing
UI/UX & Website Design

Design responsive websites and landing pages using Wix Studio, Figma, and Adobe XD.

Create wireframes, layouts, and UI components based on client briefs and brand tone.

Collaborate with project managers and developers for seamless implementation.

Contribute to InstaWeb’s internal design libraries and brand templates.


Social Media & Marketing Design

Design engaging social media creatives, carousels, and ad visuals for SiteproteX & BrandyPickle clients.

Support monthly campaigns with custom visuals for blogs, newsletters, and digital brochures.

Design internal marketing materials — case studies, one-pagers, and brand decks.

Maintain visual consistency across all brands and campaigns.
Creative Strategy

Participate in brainstorming sessions with the content and strategy teams.
-
Research visual trends, brand design patterns, and UI innovations.
-
Suggest improvements to existing design workflows and brand systems.
